Body and Appearance
1. Describe the character's height and build. Is he heavyset, thin, short, rangy?

Surprise is of average height for a pegasus, maybe slightly shorter than the norm. Alongside this, she's slightly thinner than she necessarily should be. Not malnourished by any means, but showing that she doesn't put any great effort into taking care of herself.

2. How old is he? What’s his birthday?
She's in her early twenties, around 21-22. Her birthday is July 17th.

3. Describe his posture. Does he carry himself well or does he slouch?
It's dependent. If she's doing something in regards to her job, chances are that she makes sure to have good posture and to attempt to look professional. Other times, she often exhibits and takes a defeated looking posture; she may not slouch in full, but her body posture gives the idea of being pushed down by something unless, again, it has to do with her job or a major social function.

4. How is his health? Is he fit or out of shape? Any illnesses or conditions? Any physical disabilities?

Despite not eating the best she could and a tendency to stay up late or get little sleep, Surprise is relatively healthy. She may not be the image of fitness, but she's of average, or slightly above average, health.

5. How does he move? Is he clumsy, graceful, tense, fluid?

In most casual situations, tense. There's at least a slight tensity to her movements and behavior. In most business or necessary social functions, she can (usually) adopt a more composed, if rigid, sense of movement.

Flight wise, she's surprisingly graceful. It comes in part from her early time as a performer, and she's maintained it since.

6. How attractive is this character physically? How does he perceive himself in the mirror?

She's of fairly average appearance, though she could be considered pretty when, and if, she bothered to smile. She supposes she looks fine, but she hasn't considered actually looking at herself in a mirror for a long, long time.

Her reasons for that have nothing to do with physical appearance.

7. Describe his complexion. Dark, light, clear, scarred?

Fair, I suppose. Her fur is pretty well pure white, and she does her best to keep it that way.

8. Describe his hair: color, texture, style.

Her mane is a long, bright blonde with a bit of bounce and curl to it, similar to (though not as much as) Pinkie Pie's.

9. What color are his eyes?

Brown. Specifically hazelnut brown.

10. What is his cutie mark, if he's a pony? What is its meaning or significance?

Her cutie mark is three balloons, similar yet again to Pinkie Pie's. She had assumed that they were representative of her abilities as a performer and to bring joy to others. Since her time at the rainbow factory, she'd begun to think they were meant to label her as a liar, or deceptive. As something that covers up and gives a nicer look to something truly awful.

Since then, she's decided her cutie mark has no meaning whatsoever, and cutie marks as a whole are meaningless.

11. Does the character have any other noteworthy features?

Usually not. She can sometimes be found dressed up in increasingly absurd ways, and seems to enjoy wearing costumes, but this only occurs on rare occasions.

12. What are his chief tension centers?

Her entire body. If that doesn't count, her back tends to go rigid when she's tense more often than not. She clenches her teeth on occasion when extremely worried or angry as well.
